The board includes three work groups that are segmented by regional geography: North America group, EMEA group, and APAC group. Each group has 10 – 20 members from a cross-section of industries to ensure a working team with a good breadth of knowledge and experience.

Caroline has over 14 years RPO experience working with global clients in the Life Sciences, IT, Pharmaceutical, and Technology sectors. Before Caroline joined Korn Ferry as a Global Account Director within the Life Sciences specialization, she worked for IBM (previously Kenexa) as Operations Director, where her portfolio of global accounts grew extensively during her 6-year tenure. Dan brings over 25 years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, product marketing and management, software development, executive leadership and venture capital. As an industry pioneer and veteran, Dan is responsible for leading AMN’s top-ranked Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) businesses, while reshaping the way AMN delivers its workforce solutions to its diverse client base.
Dan possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has a proven track record of building innovative products to solve gaps in the marketplace, and implementing large scale MSP and RPO programs at companies including Convergys Corporation, IBM and Adecco. He founded SkillSet Software in 1993 and has continued to build his career through sales and operational leadership roles across the industry.
Dan is also a recognized industry spokesman, speaking regularly on the topic of workforce lifecycle management, recruitment best practices, human resources systems design and talent optimization, among others.
Dan received his BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego in 1985. He lives in San Diego with his wife, Liz, and has two children.
