How can members engage in the HRO Today Association?

Member Directory: Have you updated your profile in the Member Directory so that peers can find you when they are seeking connections? Make sure you mention areas of expertise as well as those areas in which you are looking to improve.

Member Newsletter: The newsletter is a quick and easy way to stay updated on Association initiatives and activities. Members are also invited to showcase their thought leadership by submitting a short article or links to existing resources.

Professional Development Livestreams: These 20- or 30-minute sessions offer a convenient, interactive platform for sharing success stories and networking with others who have experienced the same challenges. Members are invited to be participants and presenters.

Featured Member Resources: Our featured content page is an online portal where existing content (so, no extra work!) can be published to expand its audience and increase visibility for the authors while also facilitating connections and best-practice sharing. We recommend repurposing blog posts, articles, white papers – items your team has generated that other HR professionals would find useful.

Committees: Working on these groups can expand contacts and skill sets – the time commitment is minimal while the rewards can be great. Now is the perfect time to join one of these groups as they are tackling new projects and are recharged for the year.
