Worker Confidence Index

The Worker Confidence Index, or WCI, gathers feedback from American employees to measure how confident and secure they feel in their jobs. To calculate worker confidence, we assess four areas: job security (likelihood of job loss), opportunity for promotion, compensation expectations, and trust in company leadership.
