Michelle Sanders Appointed Vice President of HR at Evette

Evette, the leading nationwide veterinary relief staffing agency, has announced the expansion of its leadership team with two new positions—Michelle Sanders has been appointed vice president of human resources and Justin Saunders has been named vice president of finance. Michelle Sanders brings more than two decades of human resources experience to Evette. She is well-known for her ability to create effective organizational structures and provide guidance to C-level executives and boards to maximize company and employee potential. In this role, Sanders will enhance Evette’s HR operations and expand the team and its offerings, providing the same bespoke benefits to internal employees as they do to veterinary clients.

Justin Saunders, an accomplished financial leader, transitions to Evette from a career in corporate finance and accounting. His tenure includes six years at American Airlines, where he managed the financial operations of three major aircraft maintenance facilities across the U.S. More recently, Saunders has spent the last four years at various smaller SaaS and private equity companies, optimizing their financial strategies to further their success. In his new role, Saunders will work closely with the leadership team, refining financial metrics and leveraging them to propel Evette forward.
